We are so thankful we had Casey Styers as our realtor when buying our home! She really knew what she was doing and made the entire process so much easier for us. She was knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and always made sure we understood what was going on. We would absolutely recommend Casey to anyone looking to buy a home!
Casey helped us find a home on Hyco Lake. She was patient with us as we worked through our own process and took the time to show us homes on multiple lakes and in several beach communities. In the end we landed on a great home. Casey also represented our daughter in buying her first home, a new build in Zebulon.
I can't say enough great things about Casey Styers. She recently helped me secure a commercial property in the Village District in Raleigh for my business, Tone Hair Salon, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. If you're looking for a realtor in Raleigh I highly recommend Casey Styers.
Casey helped determine the best and least stressful avenue to sell the condo and achieved this goal in a very reasonable time frame. She stayed on top of the transaction and helped expedite the close. Casey was a delight to work with — always responsive and followed up quickly to any of our questions.
Casey was the most attentive, professional, and down to earth agent I've ever had the pleasure to interact with. Always energetic and ready to help at a minute's notice. She made my dreams become a reality. I guarantee she can for you too.
Casey was great to work with. She went the extra mile, and a half, to help us find what we were looking for. She is very responsive. I highly recommend her.

Common questions
Should I buy or sell first?
Usually buy first only if you have cash reserves or a flexible closing. Otherwise sell first so you know exactly what you have to spend. Casey maps both timelines before you commit to either.
What does it cost to sell a home in North Carolina?
The biggest line is the agent commission, agreed in writing with you. Add seller-paid items like transfer tax, any agreed repairs, and your own closing costs. Casey gives you a written net sheet before you list.
How long does it take to sell a house in Raleigh?
Well-priced homes in good shape often go under contract in two to six weeks, then close in another 30 to 45 days. Condition, price, and season move that number more than anything else.
What areas do you work in?
Raleigh and the greater Triangle, plus Wilmington and Coastal NC. If you are looking somewhere else, Casey will tell you straight and connect you with a trusted local agent.
