Casey helped us find a home on Hyco Lake. She was patient with us as we worked through our own process to determine if we wanted a beach house or a lake house and took the time to show us homes on multiple lakes and in several beach communities. Once we narrowed down our desire for a lake home, she represented us on several offers. Casey understood our strategy and refusal to allow emotions to inflate our offer. So we walked from a few negotiations but in the end landed on a great home. The seller and their agent were difficult, to put it politely, and Casey had to work hard to manage them. Casey also represented our daughter in buying her first home, a new build in Zebulon. She is versatile and happy to represent clients all over NC and in several other states. We appreciate all the effort Casey put into helping us find our lake home and we are loving every minute of it.
